Getting there
Flying
The best airport to fly to is Catania (CTA). There are several flights a day from the UK. It is close to the venue.
You can also fly into Palermo, however this is a 3 hour drive from the venue area.
Getting around
If you are planning to stay in Sicily before or after the wedding, you will definitely benefit from having a car.
Staying there
Ortigia
A lovely little island in Syracuse (connected by a bridge!). It is about 40 minutes from the venue and has accommodation options at all levels. It is the nicest town in the area and is the 1st stop the transfers will depart from. We loved it when we stayed there.
Mangia’s Brucoli Sicily
A very pleasant 5 star beach resort that is only about 15 minutes from the venue. This is perhaps the better option for those with kids. The transfers will swing past this hotel on the way to and from the venue. We have a special rate if you book with code XX.
Other
There are absolutely tonnes of hotels, Airbnb’s etc in the surrounding areas. booking.com or similar websites are probably your best bet to find options.
N.B If you choose this option you will have to make your own way to and from the venue.

Transfers
We have organised bus transfers to/from both Ortigia & Brucolis Mangia Hotel (please see key information). The bus pick up location in Ortigia will be sent out nearer the time. Alternatively you can order a taxi with the numbers below.
